June 2002, Eurotel Limited acquired the entire share capital
of Digital Exchange Communications Ltd and has subsequently
been trading under this business name. Since that date, Eurotel
Limited has invested heavily in Digital Exchange Communications
Ltd expanding the business and improving the customer service
operations.
Eurotel
Limited, of which Digital Exchange Communications Ltd is a
wholly owned subsidiary, is the UK's leading independent supplier
of voice and data services to the business community and we
are proud of our long track record of providing quality products
and unrivalled customer support & service. We offer a comprehensive
range of telephone systems to meet every customer requirement
together with very competitive call rates for fixed line and
mobile services. Through a network of over eighty engineers,
Eurotel Limited has the expertise & skill to offer a very
fast national service and support function to all of our customers.
However,
recent market research tells us that Digital Exchange Communications
Ltd is still perceived as an independent and relatively local
business. There is only limited appreciation of the extensive
resources behind it as part of Eurotel Limited, particularly
with regard to the extensive skill and experience in providing
tailored service to national and corporate accounts.
Consequently,
we have decided to change the name of "Digital Exchange Communications
Ltd" to "Eurotel Corporate Services Limited" which we feel
more adequately describes our business activity and focus.
